Lonnie Mixon, MBA, CNMT

Lonnie Mixon, MBA, CNMT, began his career as a nuclear medicine technologist at AdventHealth, Orlando. He worked closely with cardiology practices to advance new cardiac imaging technologies and later served as CEO for one of the area’s largest cardiology practices. Mr. Mixon served as America’s Marketing Manager for GE Healthcare where he launched the world’s first PET/CT scanner. He has also provided marketing consulting services for hospitals and private practices to develop advanced functional imaging services. Since Fall of 2014, Mr. Mixon has served as VP of Marketing, PR, and Enrollment for AdventHealth University. Mr. Mixon holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from Southern Adventist University.
