Rachel Miles, DNP, RN, NEA-BC
With 23 years as a nurse and 16 years in leadership roles, Dr. Miles brings a wealth of expertise to AdventHealth’s Rocky Mountain Region as the Regional Chief Nursing Officer. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Central Florida and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Regis University. Dr. Miles has served on AdventHealth University’s Board of Trustees for several years and works closely with students, faculty, staff, and alumni at AdventHealth University Denver. With her years of experience, Dr. Miles has the ability to view nursing practices from a wider perspective and introduce innovative strategies that benefit nurses in her AdventHealth regional role. Dr. Miles is married with one son, Baden, who attends the University of Colorado. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside with their two dogs, Aero and Evie, reading, running, and cycling.
