Orientation is a stepping stone to a vibrant and meaningful college experience. You'll learn about valuable student resources, create lasting connections and lay the foundation for success in both your academic and personal pursuits. To get the most out of your orientation, we recommend attending one of our in-person sessions.

The next in-person session for students enrolling in Spring 2025:

If attending in person is not possible, an online option is also available.

    Ignite your excitement as you embark on an informative campus tour and uncover what makes AHU special.

    Register you vehicle and receive your parking decal, or schedule an appointment to fulfill this requirement prior to orientation.

  • Student Experience Managers

    Student Experience Managers will be available to personalize your plan for success.

    We recommend you meet with them prior to orientation.

  • Financial Aid Advisors

    Financial aid advisors will be available to assist with tailored solutions to pursue your education confidently.

    We recommend you meet with them before your orientation day.

Location and Parking

Tips for a Successful Orientation

Complete Your FAFSA

For those planning to meet with their financial aid advisor at orientation, please ensure that your FAFSA is completed beforehand. Additionally, schedule a meeting with your student experience manager to confirm credit hours for all three trimesters. Don't forget to bring a government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, voter registration card, vehicle registration) for proof of residency. If you are a dependent student, please also bring your parents' information.

Bring Your Vehicle Details

If you need to obtain your parking decal, be sure to bring all your vehicle information so you can register it.

Pack Essentials

Be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes, a pen, a notebook and any necessary documents or materials.
