As the culmination of AdventHealth University’s Giving Tuesday campaign, students, team members, alumni, parents and members of the community gathered for the first annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
Guests enjoyed live music, a hot cocoa bar served by AdventHealth University Board of Trustees members, fellowship, and, of course, the lighting of the tree.
The Giving Tuesday campaign exceeded its goal, raising $4,358 toward student scholarships! In addition, AdventHealth University received a $10,000 donation on Giving Tuesday to be used toward an endowed student scholarship.
Guests then gathered outdoors, as lighted lanterns with personalized messages were set afloat on Lake Estelle.
